We have never had any problems when things have broken/become unusable and Mikkel has replaced or repaired asap.

CPH VILLA was founded back in 2016 by Mikkel M Petersen.
"I have lived and worked for several years abroad in many different countries and often for shorter periods. It has always been very difficult to find accommodation for shorter periods without paying a very high rent and deposit. A deposit that you might even loose when you move out, even though you leave the place spotless.
In CPH VILLA you can rent a room for short or long periods incl basic furniture and utilities. It is up to you. You just show up with your suitcase. The rent and deposit is very low and you get your deposit back if you leave the room in the same condition as when you moved in. It is all stated in the contract"
